Firehouse Pottery Co. is an at-home ceramics studio located in Upstate, NY. Working in regional stonewares and terra cotta, all of our pieces are handmade on the potters wheel - continuing a long standing tradition of Americana makers in Hudson Valley.

Firehouse Pottery Co. makes and sells functional, handmade ceramic kitchenwares and decorative goods from regionally sourced porcelain and stonewares. Each item found in our shop is uniquely shaped on the potter's wheel - individually crafted one at a time.
Our ceramics draw inspiration from colonial folk art, namely that of the Pennsylvania Dutch, as well as the simple ideals found in Shaker furniture and homegoods. Many of our designs are an ode to early American stonewares and salt-glazed pottery, where utility and symbolic decoration bore practical classics for the most timeless of kitchenwares.
Firehouse Pottery Co. designs focus on providing sturdy forms for everyday use, from well balanced bottoms to durable tops and edges. All of our ceramics can easily dress up a table for special occasions or join any cupboard for casual dining and decor.
